Travelers gear up for Thanksgiving


DENVER, COLORADO AND CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES (CBS) – Travelers across the country on Wednesday (November 22) boarded planes, trains and automobiles for the Thanksgiving holiday.

They’re part of the nearly 51 million Americans expected to travel this week, marking the highest Thanksgiving travel volume since 2005 and a bump of 3 percent over last year, according to AAA.
